Named for the legendary Indian Monk said to have first smuggled Arabica beans out of Ethiopia. Three diverse coffees and two different roasts create a full-bodied, sharp cup with spicy undertones and smoky, dark-roasted complexity. A cult favorite among Stauf's longtime customers.
Equal parts Ethiopian and Brazilian coffees, blended to achieve a light-bodied, smooth, cup of lower acidity with earthy overtones
Rich and full-bodied, with moderate-to-low acidity. This blend produces sweet, nutty espresso with thick, heavy crema.
A combination of three beans blended to produce an espresso that is both lighter in body and smoother than our Original Espresso Blend. This blend has moderate acidity, is bittersweet and tangy with sharp, nutty undertones.

Kaldi was the first "Coffee Achiever" and none of us would be wired if not for this Abyssinian goat herder who, according to folklore, discovered the Coffea arabica plant. This dark-roast blend is full bodied, with mild acidity, and smoky chocolate/caramel undertones.
Our signature blend created to promote the fight against Lou Gehrig's disease (ALS). The coffee is balanced and smooth-bodied with nutty, winey overtones, and a bittersweet chocolate finish that lingers and deepens with every sip.

One of the traditional shipping centers for coffees from Africa was Moka (Mocca), on the Southwest corner of the Arabian Peninsula. A stop on the Dutch trade route to Indonesia, this oldest of blends certainly stems from the confluence of coffees on these ships centuries ago. Medium-full bodied, with low acidity and earthy, winey undertones.
