Jesuit missionaries brought the first coffee seedlings to Colombia in the early 1800's. The grade Supremo
denotes the highest available, in which small, less dense beans and
peaberries have been removed. The resulting cup is balanced,
medium-full bodied, medium-high acidity, with nutty undertones and a
clean, winey finish.
